Meeting Registration - 2008 Mid-America PETS |

Those who will be attending 2008 Mid-America PETS should forward their Registration Forms to individual District Coordinators on or before February 1, 2008 to receive the early registration discount.
This includes Club Presidents-Elect and Nominees, Assistant Governors, Guests, Facilitators, etc.
Each Rotary District has its own registration form. The PETS registration form is submitted to your district; the hotel registration form is submitted directly to the Holiday Inn City Center.
 These forms are writeable .pdf formated documents. The free Acrobat Reader is required to open these documents. You can download the free version of Adobe Acrobat to view the documents, complete them and print to be mailed or faxed by clicking the "Get Acrobat Reader" button. To save the completed document on your computer, you must have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
