Dr. Mouzon Biggs, Jr. has served as pastor of the 8200-member Boston Avenue Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over a quarter of a century. The church has received over 7,000 new members during his tenure, and ranks as one of Methodism' s largest. Its 17-story tower is the focal point of one of Tulsa's major thoroughfares, and the church was recently designated a National Historic Landmark by the United States Department of the Interior.

Burton retired as President of the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc. in 2007.  A Rotarian since 1979, Mr. Burton is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Norman, Oklahoma.  He has served RI as a District Governor, Delegate to the 1992 and 1995 Councils on Legislation, International Assembly Group Discussion Leader, Zone Trainer, Rotary Information Counselor, member of several committees and task forces, and President’s Representative to numerous District Conferences. While on the Board of Directors of Rotary International he served as Chair of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Administration Committee, and Chair of the Audit Committee.

John Kenny, of the Rotary Club of Grangemouth, Scotland, is a past dean of his local law faculty, a judge, and a notary. He is active in scouting and earned the Medal of Merit for helping to form new scout groups in Eastern Europe. An elder of the Church of Scotland, he’s served as session clerk and presbytery elder. Kenny was also appointed deputy lieutenant of his district by Queen Elizabeth II. He is a past president of both the Forth Valley Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Scottish Junior Chambers of Commerce. He is also past general legal counsel of Jaycees International.
